Choir rehearsals.

Writing declutters the mind.

Any type of work.  Keep busy. work with the hands frees the mind.

Yoga helps to relax.

Walking – time for myself, feel happy, healthy.

Crying and singing – releases emotions. Don’t be scared to release them.

Pampering. Yes, pampering – pedicures, visits to hairdresser, cinemas, theatre, cafe. Do this with friends or by yourself.
